We had shopped for a year looking at different models of 'wedding cake' steps. This model didn't require using a landing pad. The suction cups keep the steps steady to the bottom and there is a slight give to them. Water flows freely underneath the unit preventing algae buildup. Easy assembly and installation. A canister of sand located on the 3rd step keeps the steps anchored as well as the easy adjustable handrail that screws down onto the
deck. We would highly recommend this model.

We bought this pool at Target last Summer. Our entire family loved it. The pool is perfect for a small back yard, easy to install and seems durable. I have teenage and elementary age children who used the pool and it was difficult getting them out. We adults like it, too. We stored it for the Winter and just installed it for the second year. I hope it goes the distance. The pump is weak and the pool does require a lot of chemical maintenace. We do not have the saltwater system. Maybe we should consider it. The vacuum that comes with the pool is a complete joke. It might "sweep" up and "catch" large debris, but we plan to get a real vaccuum this season. The cover didn't last an entire season, the ladder is adequate but could be sturdier. Overall the pool is a great value for us, worth the money, especially if you catch it on sale, which we did. When this one is not usable, we will buy another. I can honestly recommend it.

This pool was relatively easy to put up. I lost the directions and was able to assemble it anyway. The only problem was the bottom ring: The rail that the sidewall sits in needs to have cleats to retain the sidewall while assembling. It is advisable to have 4 adults to retain the wall in the bottom ring while stretching the liner into place as the wall came out of the ring 3 times...once while the liner was 70% in place. over all this is an easy, but time consuming assembly.
